    I can see real changes

    A small win every day!

    Stress relief I didn’t expect!

    I used to feel disconnected—my mind racing, my body just moving through the day. These workouts make me notice my muscles, my balance, and my breath. It’s such a small but powerful shift. I really didn't expect it to make a difference until I felt it! Oh, and yes, booty and legs are sculpted as well :P

What You Might Be Wondering

Do I need to be already fit or strong to start?

Nope! Sweat Therapy is designed for all fitness levels. Classes and programs include modifications so everyone can move safely - whether you’re just starting out or already active.

What if I don’t have dumbbells or resistance bands?

You don’t need anything to get started. All workouts can be done with just your bodyweight. If you want to add some resistance later, everyday items like water bottles or canned food work perfectly.

Do I need a lot of space to do the workouts?

Not at all! A small area just big enough to lie down or move your arms and legs freely is enough. A mat is recommended so you don’t slip, and a towel for sweat.

Can I do this if I only have 20–30 minutes?

This program consists of 45–60-minute full-length classes designed to give you a complete workout experience. If you’re short on time, check out our [shorter program] — perfect for busy days when you only have 20–30 minutes.

Can I watch on my phone, tablet, or TV?

Currently, videos are available via our website on computer, tablet, and phone, so you can move wherever you like.

Do I have to download anything?

No downloads required. All videos stream directly from the website, so you can start immediately after purchase.

How do I know if the program is right for me?
