Refund Policy – Sweat Therapy Programs
Thank you for purchasing a Sweat Therapy program! Because our programs are digital and available immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. Once you complete your purchase, access to the program is granted and cannot be “returned.”
Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues prevent access to the program and we are unable to resolve them promptly.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong program, and you contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at asia@asiazuk.com with your order details. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds for change of mind are not available once access to the program has been granted.
- Partial program usage may affect eligibility for a refund.
- If you are experiencing access issues, we will do our best to troubleshoot and provide a solution.
