What is Sweat Therapy?

Sweat Therapy is intentional movement, breath, stretching, and pacing for people who overthink, struggle with focus, feel burned out, live in a stressed body, or need emotional regulation more than another hardcore program.

No. Choose the platform you prefer and subscribe there. They are separate subscription paths.
Does a surprise box include Sweat Therapy sessions?
No. Surprise boxes are physical gifts and self-celebration rituals. Session access is purchased separately through YouTube or Playbook.
