Terms of Service
These terms explain Sweat Therapy surprise box purchases, made-to-order boxes, and separate YouTube or Playbook subscriptions.
1. Surprise box purchases
Sweat Therapy sells physical surprise boxes that are prepared to order. The exact contents are intentionally kept as a surprise. Product photos, descriptions, and examples show the feeling and style of the box, not a guaranteed list of items.
2. Made-to-order curation
Each surprise box is personally prepared after purchase. By placing an order, you agree that the box may vary based on availability, the option selected, and the curation needed for that order.
3. Purchases and refunds
All surprise box purchases are final sale because each box is made to order, personally curated, and prepared as a surprise. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for completed surprise box orders.
If your order requires any adjustment, including allergies, sensitivities, scent preferences, product restrictions, or other important details, please send a detailed message immediately after placing the order so we can review it before preparing your box.
4. Separate subscriptions
Sweat Therapy movement subscriptions are offered through two separate services: YouTube and Playbook. Surprise box purchases do not include access to either service.
When you subscribe through YouTube or Playbook, your subscription, billing, cancellation, access, and account terms are handled by that platform. You are also bound by the terms of service and policies of the platform you choose.
5. Website use
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate order and contact information, and review all product and policy details before purchasing.
